real life queries that we often receive are:
Condominium,
on the beach, first-floor walk down, mid-rise building, water view, southwest
exposure, pets allowed, limited or no rentals, access to medical facilities,
near church or temple, secure, walk to shopping, on-site management, 3
bed, 2 bath, $400,000 price point.
Single
family home, challenging golf course, at least 36 holes, tennis, 24-hour
gated security, near shopping and fine dining, minutes to the beach, kid-friendly,

price point.
What appears
to be a perfect match may need further interpretation. We wouldn't recommend
a $500,000 home in a neighborhood of $175,000 homes. What any home search
needs is a good decision support system, part computer system, and most
certainly part human. What buyers need is an approach linking systems and
